VINYL BODY: Can simply be wiped down with a damp/wet wipe.

CANVAS INNERS: This can be removed by unscrewing the black inner screws (Put them
somewhere safe). Then gently hand wash the canvas inner in warm soapy water and place somewhere out of direct sunlight to dry. Not suitable for washing machine or dryer.

ROPE & WOVEN HANDLES: These can be removed by unscrewing the black inner screws (Put them somewhere safe). The handles can either be hand washed or placed on a gentle hand wash cycle in your washing machine. Please make sure you use a MILD detergent. Not suitable for the dryer. 

MICROFIBRE HANDLES: These can be removed by unscrewing the black inner screws (Put them somewhere safe). These handles are only to be hand washed using a MILD detergent. Not suitable for washing machine or dryer.

We offer international shipping to the UK & New Zealand - we hope too ship to other countries very soon!

We offer FREE Flat rate shipping Australia-wide. Want it faster? Opt for our $5.95 Express Shipping option.

New Zealand & UK orders can choose standard Flat rate shipping or Express shipping, prices will be calculated at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your order using the provided tracking number via the Australia Post website at https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/search

RETURN POLICY FOR HATS:

If you are not satisfied with your hat size please contact us at hello@thirsdaze.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Once confirmed, post the items back to us in the original packaging and upon receipt we will arrange for your exchange to be sent out to you for a $10 postage/handling fee or you can return your items for a STORE CREDIT. Original shipping fees will not be credited.

RETURN POLICY FOR OTHER ITEMS:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us at hello@thirsdaze.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a return for STORE CREDIT. Once confirmed, post the items back to us in the original packaging and upon receipt we will arrange for your STORE CREDIT. Original shipping fees will not be credited.

Not what anyone wants! All goods are quality checked prior to dispatch, however sometimes production faults are accidentality missed. If you have received a faulty item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@thirsdaze.com.au and we will get this resolved for you as quickly as possible!
