As the Hylani hats are handmade they require handwashing with mild soap only as washing machine use could damage stitching and harsh detergents may fade your hat faster. Air dry out of direct sunlight only.

Our hats are made from 100% cotton which is a natural fibre, because of this some colour fading over time is completely normal-especially with regular wear/sun exposure/chlorine/washing. Rest assured any fading will not affect the fit, comfort or functionality of your hat.

Please note: Dark coloured hats may fade faster. For heavy outdoor use we recommend choosing a lighter colour.

We offer international shipping to the UK & New Zealand - we hope too ship to other countries very soon!

We are committed to providing prompt order processing and dispatch.  Typically, all orders will be picked and packed within 2 business days after payment confirmation. However, during busy sale periods or popular product launches, these processing times may be extended. UK orders can choose standard Flat rate shipping or Express shipping, prices will be calculated at checkout.

RETURN POLICY FOR HATS:

If you are not satisfied with your hat size please contact us at hello@thirsdaze.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Once confirmed, post the items back to us in the original packaging and upon receipt we will arrange for your exchange to be sent out to you for a $10 postage/handling fee or you can return your items for a STORE CREDIT. Original shipping fees will not be credited.

RETURN POLICY FOR OTHER ITEMS:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us at hello@thirsdaze.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a return for STORE CREDIT. Once confirmed, post the items back to us in the original packaging and upon receipt we will arrange for your STORE CREDIT. Original shipping fees will not be credited.

Not what anyone wants! All goods are quality checked prior to dispatch, however sometimes production faults are accidentality missed. If you have received a faulty item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@thirsdaze.com.au and we will get this resolved for you as quickly as possible!
