VINYL BODY: Can simply be wiped down with a damp/wet wipe.

CANVAS INNERS: This can be removed by unscrewing the black inner screws (Put them
somewhere safe). Then gently hand wash the canvas inner in warm soapy water and place somewhere out of direct sunlight to dry. Not suitable for washing machine or dryer.

ROPE & WOVEN HANDLES: These can be removed by unscrewing the black inner screws (Put them somewhere safe). The handles can either be hand washed or placed on a gentle hand wash cycle in your washing machine. Please make sure you use a MILD detergent. Not suitable for the dryer. 

MICROFIBRE HANDLES: These can be removed by unscrewing the black inner screws (Put them somewhere safe). These handles are only to be hand washed using a MILD detergent. Not suitable for washing machine or dryer.

Shipping

We are committed to providing prompt order processing and dispatch.  Typically, all orders will be picked and packed within 2 business days after payment confirmation. However, during busy sale periods or popular product launches, these processing times may be extended. Opt for our Express Shipping – these costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location with the full price displayed before you finalise your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your order using the provided tracking number via the Australia Post website at https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/search

Returns

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us and we’re more than happy to facilitate a return or exchange for new, unused products in original packaging; just make sure you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, please ensure the item is unopened, undamaged, and original tags still attached. Kindly note, we do not accept returns or refunds for Gift Cards or sale items so please be mindful of this when purchasing.  Refunds will be offered in the form of store credit. We reserve the right to refuse your refund if your item does not meet the returns criteria.

To request a return or refund you can contact us at hello@thirsdaze.com.au. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/refund will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, we will email you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Thirsdaze Pty Ltd will not be responsible for packages lost in return transit.

Not what anyone wants! All goods are quality checked prior to dispatch, however
sometimes production faults are accidentality missed. If you have received a faulty item, please notify us within 14 days of purchase at hello@thirsdaze.com.au. Please include photographs of the faulty item along with a description. You must also include
“proof of purchase”- both invoice and order confirmation from Thirsdaze.
